We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were impeccable. The staff was extremely cooperative and soft-spoken, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel's location close to the center was convenient, with the Mall just 100m away. Additionally, the in-house parking provided sufficient space for us to park our vehicle.

All was good.

The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the main shopping and dining area. the hotel offered guests stunning views of the surrounding area, which was a delight to wake up to each morning.

the cleanliness of the room was poor with stains on the bedding and dirty floors.

Our Christmas stay was quite enjoyable. The hotel offered amenities such as a swimming pool and a gym that we took advantage of, which kept us active during our stay. The location of the hotel was great, being within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. we were able to enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding area from our room, which was a nice touch.

We did experience a few issues during our stay. The cleanliness of the room could have been improved, as there were some stains on the bedding.
